Research interests

My general research interest is the development of (social) cognitive abilities in the human brain. In previous studies, I investigated the neural basis underlying numerical abilities. For my PhD project in particular, I will focus on the development of face processing abilities in early infancy, childhood and adulthood with a combination of behavioral methods and neuroimaging techniques, such as EEG and fMRI.
