Bedtime Boost Study

We are currently looking for Little Scientists to take part in our research!

 

What is the Bedtime Boost Study?

The Bedtime Boost Study is looking at the impact of bedtime activities on sleep and attention in infants. Our long term goal, is to better understand how we can help improve infants sleep and support the development of attention.

 

Who can take part?

We are looking for caregivers in/around London who have a child between 6 and 30 months old to take part in our study.

 

What will you be asked to do?

If you are selected to take part in the Bedtime Boost Study, you may be asked to:

  1. Try out some bedtime activities recommended by sleep experts with your child in the hour before bed
  2. Tell us about your child’s sleep and bedtime activities
  3. Log your child’s activity and sleep
  4. Visit the Birkbeck Babylab twice where your child will complete some fun activities with our research team!

 

For completing the study, all families will receive an £80 voucher, some toys and thank you gifts, and a scientific report of their child’s sleep.
